Return to face-to-face activities!

Hey everyone, wonderful news! We finally managed to book a room for our glorious return to face-to-face activities!

Meetings will be held, starting this week, in NK1, the lecture hall in New King’s from 6PM to 9PM. We’ll be meeting, just for this week, on Elphinstone Lawn (the one with the UoA and 2021 signs), a little bit before 6PM. Before every meeting, please fill out the Test&Protect form at the link. We will be checking this at the door. The Test&Protect form will ask you to fill in the location of the meeting. You should select “other” from the drop-down menu and then put in “New King’s.” https://www.abdn.ac.uk/mist/forms/sports-attendance/

We’ll be taking attendance at every meeting so that AUSA can check it against the number of test&protect forms they’ve received. It’s therefore important that you get it done.

During meetings, we’ll observe 1 metre social distancing, wear protective face masks and sanitise surfaces and hands. Food and drinks (except for bottled water) are not allowed at the moment. Please keep these guidelines in mind at all times.
